How to kill a worm with battle axe?

Since the battle axe only cut's a worm's health in half, how is it possible to kill a worm with it, unless a worm has only 1 HP left????

Well now with the new spooky shot you would be able to do it to, i'm not sure if it counts as a battle axe kill though.

it doesn't count into achievements, as any of halloween weapons, but you can kill enemie worm with it, if's it @ 5 HP. It's a waste tho...

Battle Axe reduces enemy's HP down to half.

It will kills an enemy only if its HP were equal to 1.
