Is Worms The Revolution Collection Coming to US?

I've found out that Worms Revolution is getting a retail release under the name of Worms The Revolution Collection, can anyone tell if it's coming to the US?

It doesn't look like it just yet. Of note, though, is the discovery that the cover says it will include "All 3 DLC Packs", which... I mean, aren't they supposed to be releasing a fourth one?

thats a good question... but its been nearly 6 months without a single word on the last expansion except 1 poxy concept art....
