Hello all,
I am a huge fan of worms which I have been playing since the very first installment on PCs, some twenty years ago? I own Worms Reloaded, Revolution, and the re-edit of Worms Armageddon.
(Side note: I deeply regret the removal of some of the "fab 5" weapons, which included the mighty sheep strike).
I literally jumped to the ceiling when I saw that a Facebook version was making its debut - but: it's borked. Badly. On:
* Windows 8 on a laptop, in Destkop mode
* Chrome Version 26.0.1403.0 dev-m
* Adobe Flash 11.6.602.167
The GPU is some quality NVidia card, my drivers are up-to-date, but when I reach the app page (over https), I simply get the top navigation bar, and a blank screen. I can invite friends, some things respond, such as the inbox, the lading screen appears (with a nice rotating globe), and once the globe fades, nothing happens. If I click "Play", all I can play is "watch the globe".
This is bad. *Way bad, I'll try it on another browser, out of curiosity, and get back to you with results: this cannot be left unresolved, or unpunished!
Bring me the tar and feathers ^_^
