I disabled loading of modules, but it's still the same.
Isn't that normal, was my second thought though. It just looked so weird and I thought the worm labels are above everything else.

That's actually normal, Pac-Man! Worms' text labels are drawn in a lower layer than the worms themselves.
I've never really thought about it, though, and it seems strange. That presents a situation in which you'd never be able to read a worm's full name until the worm blocking its name moves.
BTW, transparent water is cheating ;)

I guessed right then. It was funnily the first time I noticed after 14 years.
PS: You have to blame Cybershadow, he wrote the Water Color Editor :D (not that I removed them once completely, but it was useless since you still can't see one or more pixel rows of terrain which are behind the blue water color layer).

(You only have yourself to blame for using it. I don't think he forced you to use it.)
