Is it really a "live" game with a random player/opponent? Just asking, because I think that I'm battling with an AI, not a real player.. They behave like AI's.
Yes, if you're in a random battle, it's likely to be against a human players.
Maybe you encountered a newbie player.
no, if there is no live opponent for more than 15 secs, you will be automatically paired with AI

Oh, that explains why I've battled with such easy and goof players.
an AI can easily be spotted during the game start by the teleport sound. the worm teleport sound plays before the globe spinning, sooner than "Yes sir". only an offline game is able to place worms before an established connection

As soon as the game goes live, we will find a lot more players on the random opponent button. You will probably encounter the AI there for now due to the controlled numbers in the game as we're still in closed beta.
A way you can use to notice whether a player is live or AI is that AI players never taunt with those emotions and words.
So, if you're at a random online battle and opponent didn't taunt you, he or she may be human or not. If he or she taunts you at least once, surely he/she is a live player.
At least I don't think that AI players taunt...

Also, I noticed that the worms without hats acts like the AI. They always use Fire Punch, Bazooka and Grenade. They don't use any special weapons. That is the AI, right? :)

AI worms may use any weapon from user's weaponary, but I don't think they're indeed substracted when used by its auto-defensive team. So, the more powerful weapons you have stocked, better is your auto-defensive team supposed to be.
At least I have noticed that battling against auto-defensive teams of a Level 30 friend is harder then battling against auto-defensive teams of a Level 1 friend because of the weapons the Level 30 friend occasionally use.
Low level friends has low or minimum acess to good weapons due to money and level restrictions, so it's expected that they won't have Banana or else to use.
AIs are always level 1, therefore they never wear hats.
fastest detection as i said: instant teleport sound even before the spinning globe after waiting 15-20 secs.
A player's AI team is the same level as them, and wear the same hats that the actual player's team wears actually.
AIs are always level 1, therefore they never wear hats.
I don't think so, this utterly makes no sense.
Weapons, level and acessories are kept. There's no reason to take them off just because they become an AI player.
nope, I meant not always but often. it often picks 1-level players because that's a BIG majority of users...

It doesn't matter whether you battle against a Level 1 or Level 30 player because there aren't stats in this game. In other games, Pokemon for example, being at Level 30 means that you have higher stats than a Pokemon at Level 10, but in worms facebook this isn't the case.
In Worms Facebook a low level player can be as good or even better than a high level player. Level retricts acess to itens and acessories, just that. The Level isn't a way to determinate whether a player is good or bad at battling.
