Blood option in basic training, where is the option in the steam version...?

I make the basic training and i show i active a "secret" option but in option i dont show the blood mode ,i dont know where is it.
I use the Steam version , team 17 rip off the blood option?
:/ help, show me a capture where i can active my blood option after complete the basic training thanks

The "cheats" you unlock are in a Star button in the Scheme Options:
