Trajectory Forumlae Re-coded!

I've limited the pics to line only hiding valueable information. hiding the blips and fromstart rendering draw.graphics .

This is a worms projectile trajectory replica which will tell draw the graphics of the way in which if you shot a projectile the path in-which it would take.

I don't understand the point of making any thread. Now everyone will be nagging you for a copy of this trajectory patch. It would not be a good thing if it leaked out... especially because you say it's undetectable and unblockable. Don't overestimate how close of "friends" you are with your worms buddies and their trustworthiness.

Not that I think its some bad work you did there but now we know that there is at least one possible worms player who could use it - you.
Not to mention that there are now (many) other players who know that such thing exists, is possible and probably wont be detected.
So they either are encouraged to make one themselves (maybe not that accurate but still) or they try everything they can to get their hands on yours (assuming they are such worms fanatics :p ).

It does. I consider it nice work. You should be commended for your persistence in figuring out the proper curvature of bazooka trajectories. Your latest screenshots look completely accurate. :) As long as this isn't released to anyone with bad intentions, I see no reason why it shouldn't be praised.

Deadcode got started by making a tool that could be abused for cheating in competitions (though that certainly wasn't his intended use). He made the mistake of giving it to close friends he trusted. As long as you don't repeat his mistake, there should be no problem with it and it should be celebrated as "cool!".

bah! the game should have something like this built in for training! it should be a "cheat", and if people want to play games with it activated then why not? so long as you can't us it in games that prohibit it then whats the problem?

i agree that any external program released into the wild will ruin the game, so ultimately im against this tools very existence. its like nukes... should anyone really have em?

I agree entirely, but what nobody ever seems to trust me when I say: This will not or ever will be released to anybody, for goodness sake. not even family to be quite honest.

This was just a personal learning experience that I thought deserved some rep, and nothing further than that ;)

He also implemented a kill switch and products that help detect anyone using his hacking tools. (He included the ability to remotely disable such functionality, right from the get go iirc)
He knew that if it got out it would be extremely damaging to the community so went out of his way to ensure that his product could be stopped, if it should ever get leaked.
