Issues with weapons in custom games

Hi, I'm trying to create a custom game but some of the weapon options are greyed out. I have 'bought' them in the 'store' but I can't change them for some reason now. For example, in one of my custom games I set holy hand grenades to infinite and now i can't change any options on it such as change it back to a limited amount. It is now locked on every game type. I bought this on Play Station Network and I am wondering if there is a manual so I can make sure I am creating it correctly... is there possibly some other option that, once at a certain setting that disables them? I'm quite confused...

If you still haven't fixed this I would try deleting your game save and see if that does the trick (back it up on a USB drive or create a new user on XMB, then copy the save to that user as a back up and delete the save, that way if thats not he problem you can copy it back). If that fails, you might have to delete the game and redownload it, you'll be able to use your older save still.
