Demo map in full version?

I would like to play the demo map (the back to the future hill valley scene) in the full version. How can I select it? Do I need a special code for it?

You have to play through the campaign. Once you beat that level, it will be available in the item shop for 20 coins. That's how the maps are unlocked.

If I'm thinking of the right map (Destruct And Serve), you can buy it in the shop after beating the 5th story mission.
