Does anyone know where I can find an 100% accurate weapons list from all the worms games, from worms 1 all the way to the newest one out? And I not just weapons but gadgets too
I don't think that there a comprehensive list with everything from all games.
For a starter, here are all 1st and 2nd generation weapons in detail:

For the other games, you could look around here:

From my experience, none of the lists existing is really accurate. Even some official lists include a few false statements, like the manual of Open Warfare 2 claimed a bazooka's shell could maximally deal 50 damage points, whereas it's actually just 45 (well, 47, the DS version was a bit weird concerning weapons programming) :p
It's probably actually 50, if it's anything like WA. Only if the explosion is in the direct center of the worm (shell would have to spawn inside the center of the worm with subpixel precision) would it deal 50 damage.
This has been an annoying "well, actually (http://tirania.org/blog/archive/2011/Feb-17.html)" by Lex. Have a nice day!
In the DS version, explosions are "misplaced", means that the explosions are a few pixels under the shell. I'm not sure why that decision was made, however in four years of playing, the most damage I ever managed to deal was 47 ;)
A good example is the dynamite. If you drop it exactly on a worm's head, it will remove 64 points, if you place it right next to the worm, it's just 57.
W:A explosions are a lot confusing to me, too. Grenade damage varies from 35 to 50, even if the nade explodes (seemingly) at equal distance. I have not yet found out how it really works :(

Sounds like a lazy workaround to make weapons' explosions propel the worms higher into the air.
That's it. That's exactly what it does... it's just that I didn't understand why it didn't work as in other Worms games...

IIRC, there are two different values for a weapon. One that defines the blast power and one for the damage.
I believe the mistake they did there, was that only the blast power's center should have been shifted below the worm to achieve the effect of propelling the worm upwards.
This mechanic is called "explosion bias" by Team17 in Worms 2, where it's a configurable option for all weapons. The Fiddler adapted this term.
My description of the method to deal 50 damage accounts for explosion bias, at least for bazookas, which have extremely low or no explosion bias.
