@ CyberShadow is it possible for You to make Your ProSnooper (https://github.com/downloads/CyberShadow/ProSnooper/ProSnooper-2011.01.18.7z) release emulating/bypassing my ISP's Port 6667 restriction, just like it's with WebSnoop?

There are so many quitters at WormNET, so ability of adding Friends would cure this problem for me.

Nothing happens, if the answer is "No".

It's not possible to do that. I think I've already explained why in our previous discussion of this subject.

Yes we were talking about it, but referring to the WormNET itself.

Now i thought that ProSnooper would work (just in this part) like WebSnoop.

WebSnoop works by having a bot running on a server connect to WormNET and relay information between WormNET and web browser users.
