4 players ranked matches

I like this game a lot, but I don't understand why ranked matches support only two players.

Why not four? I think it would be better with four players.

For the same reason that in all professional sports teams play 1v1. A 2v2 could work, but a 4 player free-for-all being ranked is a bit silly.
