Hey, I want a news page in my MOTD. To do this, I added some HTML codes to Login.asp. I want external links in my MOTD; to do this, I need a special command, not the the <A> directive. What's this special command? Steps sayed me the command, but I dont remember what is

Did you try adding http:// ?

it's used the same as <A>, ie with the href attribute.
