Very occasionally during a game the screen will freeze.
I press ctrlaltdel, and select task manager. sometimes I'm able to maximise the game and continue play, but other times I'll get a fatal error.
It happened with the last beta, and has just happened again with the latest.
any ideas?

Please install WormKit (http://worms.thecybershadow.net/wormkit/) and the following WormKit module: 32227
Run the game via WormKit, reproduce the freeze and press Ctrl+Break. W:A should close, and a file named FREEZE.DMP should be created in your W:A folder. Find and post this file here.

Will try that when it next happens, just a quick query:
My keyboard has no pause, break, numlock, scrolllock keys.
But I use autohotkey to remap my capslock to scrolllock, and prntscrn to pause (during worms only).
So I've remapped my Winkey to Break, but when I press ctrl+break in game, nothing happens and I don't get freeze.dmp.
My question is; will ctrl+break only work when the screen freezes?
and, does the Break key serve any other function within worms so I can test my remap?
try setting them to A and B or some such.

No, it should always work.and, does the Break key serve any other function within worms so I can test my remap?Break my itself should take a screenshot. Shift+Break will attempt to fix the palette while in-game in 3.6.30.0.
happened again, wasn't sure if ctrl+break worked as I had no way of knowing whether the game quit (I still had to ctrlaltdel to get back to windows).
However, FREEZE.DMP's date modified changed to the time of Ctrl+Break, so I assumed it worked.

This will have to wait until the next Beta. Or, if you can, please post a FREEZE.DMP when using 3.6.29.0 or 3.6.28.0.
