I have finally found a way to stretch the W:A front end to fit your screen, rather than it being small and centered.

Change your screen resolution to something lower than usual.
Go to Catalyst Control Center (make sure it's in Advanced Mode).
In the top menu, select Desktops & Displays.
Right click your display icon (underneath "Please select a display") and click configure.
Under Scaling Options; Select 'Full Screen' for the front end to be stretched to fit, or "Preserve Aspect Ratio" to enlarge it proportionally.
You can now change your screen resolution back.

Hope this helps anyone else who found themselves with their face against the screen trying to select that tiny scroll bar.

or you can just go into your monitor settings and turn off automatic aspect correction.

What? You actually want your W:A frontend to stretch to fill up the whole screen? I always found the stretched W:A frontend to be kind of ugly (especially on large monitors).

Well the W:A front end is ugly stretched or not.
But when you're using a 1920x1080 display that's only 15" diag. That is a lot of dots per inch and makes the 640x480 centered menu screen extremely small.

I'd agree though, on larger monitors with a lower DPI, I'd probably stick to the centered setting.

Uhm, my monitor scales up lower resolutions and is currently set to maintain the aspect ratio of the source so it isn't tiny here.

It still looks ridiculous centered on a 32 inch 1080p. It only works at certain sizes.
