Recently I've been replaying through all the single player missions, trying to get gold on them all. There's only 1 left and that's "The Drop zone".
After playing through it twice (first attempt failed, second attempt succeeded) when I was returned to the front end / mission select screen, I was presented with this visual error:

As you can see, the mission landscape image was not loaded. I then scrolled through all the missions and there were others that had not be loaded either.
Anyway, I ignored this behaviour and when back to start the mission again. However, as soon as I clicked the start mission button, the game crashed to desktop saying there was a fatal error, check the errorlog for details.
That errorlog has been attached to this post but I did check up on the troubleshooting guide and saw this:
W:A quits to the desktop when I try to start a match
This problem appears when W:A fails to read a file from the CD. Check the condition of your W:A CD. Creating a CD image may help.
Could this have been my problem? This is the first time this has happened though and I haven't had any other crashes with the game, also today I was playing the game straight for 3 hours.
