I am hoping someone can help me out with the lag i am getting from Worms Reloaded... As soon as i load the game it lags so much that it takes literally 5 seconds to move the mouse a cm in any one direction.

I have played in game last week twice using XP and the game only rarely lagged due to these bugs everyone has been complaining about, but now that i have (finally) upgraded to windows7 pro 64bit i seem to be getting alot of lag from only this game (bc2, rc3, aof3, cities xl supcom2 are all working perfectly)... so it cant be the hardware or drivers

System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
System Model: GA-MA790X-DS4
BIOS: Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG
Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X2 545 Processor (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Graphics Card: ATI RADEON HD 5770 1 gb GDDR5

Does anyone have a solution? this isnt small lag that is just irritating, its that bad that it takes about 2-3 minutes to exit the game when on the main page

Have the same Problem

Win7 x64

Tried forcing the process to use only one processor. But did not help

I'm using my laptop which doesn't have any external USB devices connected.

Theres just to much lag to even move the mouse.

So I pay £18 and get a version of Worms that takes 30 seconds to respond to anything key press or mouse move in the menu and if I persevere to the game it's unplayable.

I'm not going to get into a geek list of my Windows 7 machine but it's bang up to date with drivers/ direct x etc etc and has 3GB of RAM.

I had better gaming experiences on a ZX Spectrum, this is pathetic, I want my money back

It'd be a lot easier to try help if you actually did.
