No sound and crashes

Hey guys an gals, Jus downloaded WR, menu works great but with no sound, then wen i load onto the level, video is still sharp and quick, as soon as i fire or drop grenade, it crashes at point of explosion, any ideas? downloaded and updated directx and video card already, no change.

Did you try it again after the patch that was released today? It has the necessary DirectX files included to run the game.
