Can't install OR uninstall WWP.

Hi, for some reason WWP is stuck in a state where it isn't actually installed, but thinks it is, and when I try to "uninstall" it, nothing happens. I've searched my whole computer and there's no trace of the game, yet if I check in "Programs and features" there is still a "Worms World Party" app. If I try to uninstall it through "Programs and Features" or through the WWP autorun, I'm given the choice of modify, repair or uninstall the game, none of which make any difference. I've tried resetting and removing the disk etc, but nothing works.
Does anyone know how the hell I can get the game to be uninstalled so i can actually install it again?

Exactly this happened to me on my previous laptop. After having the game in that state for about a year, the only solution I could come up with was a full format and a fresh OS installation. Sorreh. :(

On the bright side, I don't know anyone who has had this happen to them with WA. Hint, hint!
