Important bug: can't scroll "Input customization" with mouse.

When customizing input devices, try scrolling via the Up and Down arrows on the scroll bar or dragging the scroll bar, 99% of the time for me it will randomly select a key to assign rather then scroll.

I have to use the Up/Down keys on the keyboard to scroll properly.
