crashing problem worms 4

when i start worms 4 mayhem it loads shows the team 17 logo and when it loads to show the main menu it crashes it goes all black and then i get dropped on the computer desktop any tips on how i can fix this?

Yeah crashing problem in worms 4 is common problem. I too have same problem but I have contacted Technical Support. They have provided me complete information about the problem. I too suggest you to contact Technical Support. so that problem will be solved completed.
