Hello,
I'm programmer and i was wondering if is there any open source code of hosting Buddy.
I found an old Project of WAhostBot of G-lite and seems cyber-shadow worked on it to, but it was closed even though one of the revisions had open files.
Do you guys let other people work on the bots and have their own bots? Have few ideas and i would like to test and run them.
Thanks in advance.

HostingBuddy became closed-source due to the fact that it contains parts of code derived from the W:A source code. Currently a limited number of people have access to the WormNET bots (http://worms2d.info/WormNET#Bots)' source code. You're welcome to post improvement ideas, of course.
Please be very careful regarding bringing your bots to WormNET. If the bot starts to misbehave or annoy users, it might be banned without prior warning.

Can you put the source code before it turn out private?
And the clan FTM has a bot of their own, the source code is privated or.. ?
And why hostingbuddy have source code of the game?

The source code is not available and will not be published. But seriously, any IRC bot will do.
FTM's bot is purely IRC-based. HostingBuddy deals with W:A's closed peer-to-peer protocol.

It was made private before its first release.
