Just Reinstalled WA

Hey there i've just reinstalled WA today and was looking forward to play it online against a friend of mine.

I can start the game but I can't play any matches. Could you tell me why and how i fix the problem? It always crashes when i'm trying to start a game.

I'm running Windows Vista an i have the latest patch installed.

Do I have to install the update first or doesn't it matter?

There's no need to install the patch. Just install the update.

Install the update and if it prompts during install, also the patch.
