is there a way to view this, or could the viewing of this be enabled somehow?

How do you mean? A way to find out how many posts you've made in each specific forum?

presumably that would be what he means. I'd be interested to see these numbers as well if that's possible.

I think it might be possible, but you'd need to find a hack for vB, as its not default. I have seen it done on older vB forums.
