Hello there. I've recently acquired a copy of Worms Armageddon and would like to play online with a friend of mine. I have the "Sold Out Software" version of it and have installed the patch located on the same disc that allowed for more resolutions and other added features.
The problem : When I attempt to connect to WormNet, I get the following error message : "Fatal error during gameserver connection, disconnecting". I've just purchased the game and have never connected to WormNET successfully before.
What I've already tried : Setting up port forwarding for ports 17010-17012 to my computer, trying the telnet connection shown in other threads (which was successful).
I'm running Windows Vista and I have told it to allow WA to be added as an exception to the Windows Firewall. My network setup is very simple, with this machine connecting to a DLINK DGL-4300 router and then a cable modem.
