Banned again?

I keep getting banned, I have a normal version of worms that I bought from online, the 1st 2 times I got banned its was because I was using prosnooper, but now even when I try to log in normally I get banned, why is this? I paid for this game, why cant I play it?:mad::mad::mad::mad:
I updated and still no luck, what am I missing?
