hi ive played about 25 ranked fort matches so far and i noticed that not one time did it let my team make the first move. often resulting in one or two of my worms which have been placed on the beach next to explosives to be killed in the enemys first turn. its like this if i start the game or if i join someone elses game.it seems pretty unfair to me. has anyone else experienced this or know anything about it?

It is because your trueskill is greater then the opponents.
It is because your trueskill is greater then the opponents.
yes, thats is the major problem with the new worms games.
There are a lot of ppl who are meeting the Worms series now (believe it or not) and ppl (like me) who played the worms series since the origins dont find any challenge.
Its sad, but i think many ppl agree with me on this.
Anyway, if the game gets popular, the time will make pro gamers.......so all u have to do is wait.

jsgnext, i've played against many good players on Worms 2 Armageddon, many people who have moved on from Worms to worms 2 armageddon.
Thats not the major problem at all, as said, the major problem of the new worms games is the low customization.
thats good to hear.....i didnt played this game online since i just downloaded the demo (i will wait for the PC ver).....i just supposed there werent good players coz the game is new.
If they do a good work for the PC ver ,it should have more customization (custom graves, flags, maps, etc) lets hope they do it.
If they, at elast, dont include custom maps....i dont think this one can replace WA (for XBLA isnt necessary since W2A is a lot better than the last ver)

Sometimes I've noticed that other players go first, when I have the lowest trueskill.
Unless, it is not all trueskill. Maybe it's based on rank too.

I know it's definitely not Trueskill that determines who gets the first go, as I've played against a guy who was rank2 overall, and I was rank4, and who got the first turn? Yep, him. I've never got the first turn online, host or not.
Yep, I've never gone first either. I'm up to 10 or so game s now I think. I know yesterday I played with someone who had like 125 games and had a trueskill rank of like 30 (I think I'm 24 or something at about 9 wins, 1 loss).
The only plausible explanation I can think of is that it is based on win/loss ration except for the fact that I didn't go first my first game against a player who had several games played already and I think I've played players with no record since I took my first loss.
