Worms 3D crashes when using blimp view

hey everyone,
I'm still a little noob in Worms, but I got a problem:
I can't call an airstrike or use missiles, because I can's use the blimp view :S
when I press the 'E' key and move my mouse, the game crashes.
Any Ideas for helping me out?
should I change controls?
