black screen after I start game

I bought WORMS-2 and WORMS ARMAGEDDON games today and neither of them work.
I’ve got a PC with windows Vista which run under a INTEL® Core ™ 2 CPU 6600 @2.40Ghz with 2.00GB of memory.
I can go into the initial screen but when I choose to run either as a single player or any other options, then, I got a black screen with no other options that to stop the game using (ctrl+alt+del).
Is there anything I should do to make those work?

The name confusion has already begun. They really should have used a name that didn't mention 2 or Armageddon.

Worms 2 + Worms Armageddon = Worms Double Pack aka Worms Private Pack.

Worms 2: Armageddon is an upcoming game for the Xbox 360 and the PC via Steam.
