How to use internet maps?

Hi!
I am newbie in playing worms over the Internet.

yesterday I played a game in a map that i liked. I want to use that map. I know that the map downloaded to my PC but how can I use it to play in my local network?

If you already have saved the map in your user/saved levels directory then just go to the terrain options and select it.
If you haven't saved the map, right click on the replay that contains the map and choose "extract map", then do the same as above.

Right click the appropriate replay file there and choose to extract the map, now you can choose it in the game.

But the OP said he is a newbie, and he may not have known where to find the replay files.
