Slow Menu

I'm having the slow menu bug.

Pc Specs:

P4 1600mhz
Ati Radeon 9250 128mb
640mb RAM
Windows XP Service Pack 3

I recently discovered that when I uninstall the driver from my Radeon 9250 (video card) The menu works good again but when I install it's back slow again again.

Can anyone help me?

live with it, it is a driver bug, or at least it is with Nvidia cards. Worms Armageddon has a workaround to the problem but not WWP.
