error while conecting to the host

Every room i try to enter in worms net appear conecting to the host and the game stop, and my pc stop to, so i must turn off my pc. I tryed everithyng but the game don't work, i played online only 2 days and then this error ocurred

but the game is already an exception on windows firewall

Do hotkeys like Ctrl+Alt+Del have any effect when the game freezes? If you press Num Lock, does the led on your keyboard toggle?

ctrl+alt+del don't work but the num lock led works

Please install WormKit (http://worms.thecybershadow.net/wormkit/) and the following WormKit module: 32227

Run the game via WormKit, reproduce the freeze and press Ctrl+Break. W:A should close, and a file named FREEZE.DMP should be created in your W:A folder. Find and post this file here.

The game freezed while trying to open the file "D:\data\streams\ingame-01-generic.wav". Is your CD in good condition?

no, the cd is not in a good condition, so i think that's the problem, thanks for helping me
