Does your internal IP change and thus the router forward ports to the wrong IP?

You need to feed the hamster in the wheels providing the electricity on a daily basis!

Seriously, you need to provide a little bit more information about your computer and hardware setup. :/
E.g. the diameter of the hamster wheel and the power output of the generator propelled by it.

oh the problem is solved.Sorry for the late reply.I have to change the ip in the configuration in worms everytime when I turn on the comp.Yes my IP changes,that's why.

don't force your IP then! it should automatically detect it.

WA fetches your IP from the IRC server but WWP doesn't have that feature.
