Hello, I recently (today) installed this game again after not playing it for a couple years.
Once I start it up, I can get to all the menu options and make a team and such, but as soon as I actually start a game; the biohazard loading icon starts filling up, then the entire game crashes and I get a fatal error.
This happens in both single-player and Worm.Net.
I will attach the Errorlog here in the hopes that someone who knows more than me will take a look and point me in the correct direction.
Thank you.
P.S. Also, when I attempt to host a game online, I receive a "encountered improper argument" message. If somebody could tell me what that means I would much appreciate it.

Is your CD OK? W:A crashed while loading a soundbank from the CD.

Yes I checked the CD and it has absolutely no blemishes on it.
However, just in case, I downloaded CDClone and Daemon and created a cd-image and tried running that to the same result. I will post the new Errorlog in here just in case it changed:

Please post the file CRASH.DMP, located in your W:A folder.
Why is your new error log from 3.6.28.0?

Oh, I tried reinstalling as 3.6.28 to the same results. I think I've uninstalled and reinstalled this game about 10 times now in the last 12 hours. :(
Should I uninstall and reinstall as .29 again?
Here is the Crashlog

For now, my Worms Armageddon has decided it wants to work...
However, I am still getting the same error message when I try to host a game on Worm.net
That message is:
Encountered an Improper Argument
I have exhausted the search engines for this site and the Internet but cannot find any information on this error message.
Please help me to host games on my computer.
I am familiar with port forwarding from other games and have done that for W:A too.
Thank you

Make sure you're using 3.6.29.0, and that the "Force IP" checkbox on the network configuration screen is unchecked.

Yes it is 3.6.29 and the 'Force IP' box is unchecked.
Also, this does not crash the game. The 'encountered an improper argument' error is an in-game phenomenon.

I cant seem to find a thread relating to this so thought id put it here.
Could someone perhaps help me out in setting up a wormnet server? I have tried the windows ver and linux without success, if anyone has any input i would be most grateful.
The thing is we buy "local" only bandwidth here which only allows access to .za sites, and it would be brilliant to get a local server going. The 1 i am referring to is here:
