OS: XP, I have two NICs.
ipconfig shows:
Ethernet adapter Local Area Network 1:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.5
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.0.0.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . :
Ethernet adapter Local Area Network 2:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 10.20.20.5
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.0.0.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . :
There is a game host on 10.20.20.20.
But I couldn't get the game list. :(
I guess my WWP MIGHT use 192.168.*.* to search game list...
If I don't wanna change my PC hardware setting, how should I do to indicate or force the 10.20.*.* IP for my WWP to search game list?

I can't remember as I haven't played a LAN game in a long time, but can't you enter the IP to connect to manually?
Alternatively, you could play over WormNet, setting a password (or using an empty channel) and making sure you don't use IP override (so that it detects your LAN IP rather than internet one).

Dear Muzer, yeah, we can't indicate the IP for connection in a LAN game.
I did a experiment today using WireShark to capture packet. As my guess, it default use the 192.168.*.* IP to search game... That means it never finds out the game on 10.10.*.* :(

I think he is talking about making WWP use the correct Network card in his computer for WormNET play, I assume he has 2 seperate network adapters.
Or he is trying to play offline, over a local network and is failing to receive the other computers advertised game thus preventing him from joining it?

We want to play a LAN game (not WormNet).
There is a game held on 10.10.10.20
Then I capture packets from My PC when I "refresh" the game list.
It shows that WWP default use 192.168.0.5 to broadcast requesting packets.
That's why I always couldn't get the packets from host game.
In fact, If I disable LAN 1 network card, everything will be alright.
But now, for some reasons, I have to keep the two network cards enabled.

As I said, playing over WormNet will probably make it work. As I said, just remember not to use any IP override utilities or manually override your IP yourself.
