I apologize if I missed this. But it has been a while since I messed with scheme editing. But since I have gotten back into level design, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a scheme editor that will make your standard WSC file but has a little more control than the newest W:A beta has (is is also compatible of course).
I used to use The Fiddler, but I understand it doesn't work with the new betas. Essentially, I would like to be able to change a few minor things - frequency of Double Damage crates, quantity of starting Ninja Ropes (other than 9 or unlimited). That sort of thing.

That is actually the one I wound up finding. It let's me do exactly what I want, although I can't specify double-damage frequency...

AFAIK the current scheme format doesn't support stuff like setting the frequency of a specific tool.. But SchemeEddy lets you set a number of turns starting from turn 1 with DD activated automatically. :)

maybe with the upcoming schemme format who knows....
crate ammo adjusting would be nice, never new why that was removed since Worms 2 :/ maybe to simplify the online experience?

I'm not sure about that, can't check right now too.. But it does say "number of turns with DD activated". :P
It can only last the first turn in W:A v3.6.29.0 and older.
The number of turns for Damage x2 is intended for WWP schemes. People making W:A schemes with that option set greater than 0 will be reminded in the Scheme Debugger that Damage x2 will last only 1 turn.
btw do someone please scheme editor (best upgrade scheme eddy) to use features from newest patch. much players it will help maybe.
