Hi, I was wondering where the description and names of all the wepons are?

if you hold the mouse over the icon in-game it should give you a discription.

I sorry, I should have explained it better, Say I Dont want Bazoka, Insted, Change it to Ganade laucher, Gamma Lancher etc. How do I do that? and How would I change the Description

If the OP wanted to modify the description of the weapon, where is the file/data so that he can?

You can edit the names of weapons, but I'm not sure about the description.

You can, but it's nearly impossible if you have absolutely no knowledge of XML. Learn to do simple stuff before trying to do this.

No he doesn't. Team weapons don't have a "description".
