WWP crashes when creating NEW TEAM

I installed WWP again after a long time. Now i have Vista and had the same problems many had here. But the Game works now.
Besides one thing!
Whenever I want to create a new team the game crashes.
Same with the new game settings/profiles!

Does anyone know help?
Cause without these two options it is really boring :/

At what point does the game crash when making your team. I had something like this before, turned out some custom graves were the wrong size. Sorry if this doesn't help.
