worms 4 proplemo HEEELP!!!

can somebody PLEACE HELP ME I got a game named worms 4 mayhem and I have finished insalling but when I click play it comes a window and it says pleace go to the control panel to insall and configure system components. and I dont know how to install it can somebody tell me how to install system components.this is my system specifications i think

professional
version 2002
service pack 3
