Hosting troubles !

Due to the fact that i got a new internet i can no longer host. I have tried shutting down the new fire worm , fiddling with the force ip options and so. So i dont really now why it dosent work. However it is probaply possible to solve this but i do not know how . But this has 2 good salutions.

1. Improve HB. Make sure it allmost never crashes. Make sure it has the right scheme. Yust making theesee 2 things are enough. Since it is good enough for people who can't host like me.

2. Or educate the nonnerds how to fix the hosting problems. That would be nice to but again i think that both salutions should be the right 1.

Anyway you guys think you know what is hould do to be able to host again =

By right schemes i mean primary luckless cwt intermidiate propper holy war scheme wfw scheme and so on. Every scheme used simply. For exampel super sheep race . allso upgrade hb so he can Play with passwords.´If you could do a hb like this with a more stabile internet connection it would be so close to hosting youre self that people who can not host would not be botherd so much.

I do not have any kind of controll over my internet connection sadly. this is not my pc that im using. my familys. And there are alot of people who can not host. And i have experimented with ip force ip Forward port shutdown firewall and manipulating pcs settings alot so i can not tell what is the problems for me. Maybe it is port stuff but i am not skilled enough with pcs to fix it:(:(:(

yes i did. i think it is my router but i dont now how to fix it. This really isnt my pc. Besides some wormers play from school or even work (wise huh) So making improved hb would be the simplies solution

Looks like you didn't read carefully enough. Instructions that can be found here (http://www.portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm) explain how to get your network settings, including the gateway's address.
