Where can I find the site for the full documentation for Hosting Buddy, it's kinda hard to read all the commands while people are joining and urging you to start....

If you paid attention to what it said when you type "!help", you'd notice that it links to http://worms2d.info/HostingBuddy .

The site is working now though.

You probably misspelled the URL. URLs are case-sensitive.
