Question ... Does this game work on Vista Home Premium Computers ???

I am thinking of buying the game but dont want to buy it if it won't work

My specs are:
Processor: Intle Core 2 Duo 2.20 GHz
Ram: 2.00 GB
Graphics Card: GeForce 8300 GS with 128mb memory
