Loss of all team details

Hi guys, as per the info below, I still cant keep any of the teams I create. I'm hoping I am just missing something but if anyone can help please do. I installed the patch as it suggests but then it tells me I need to insert the CD, Which of course it is already inserted.

"If the team file is accessed manually or via any program, it will erase itself. This was a preliminary measure to prevent copying the files to another computer but was omitted from the patch. Unfortunately if your teams have been lost, they cannot be returned. However, to prevent this from happening in the future it is recommended that you install the WA European Patch."

Uninstall the game and install it again according to these instructions:

The instructions you quoted sound awfully outdated to me. In the future, look for help either on this forum, on the worms2d.info wiki or on nanacide.com.

Check if \Worms Armageddon\User\Teams\WG.WGT file has "read only" attribute. If that is so, change it.
