I used to play Armageddon a few years back. I've just started to play it again recently.

Could anyone tell me, on how to connect online ?

1. Make sure you have installed latest W:A update (http://forum.team17.co.uk/showthread.php?p=587890).
2. Read Using WormNET (http://worms2d.info/Using_WormNET) article.

Well that article cleared a few things up for me as well.
Though it said that people may not be able to join due to port 17011 being blocked on your network.

How does one solve this?

You need to open port 17011 by configuring your network (usually a router standing between your computer and the internet)
