Map Question

New to the forum :)
This forums are my last attempt to find the map i am looking for..
Watch This (http://youtube.com/watch?v=ZU9M58Du3WI) video . First of all, this guy is sick, i know :) But the reason i want you to watch it is because of the map from the time 7:45 in the video. Where can you get this kind of maps? I've tried everywhere, yes i've also tried wmdb. But no luck.. :(
I really appreciate any kind of tips and help.

Don't know who made that particular map in the video, but you'll find enough on WMDB.

Oh, if you were referring to the special effects (background, shooting stars, whatnot) - that was added during the making of the video.

Ok, i asked earlier, If someone knows where you can get maps like the one around 7:45 please let me know where to get it.. I've been searching everywhere for this kind of maps (Dynamic/Animated ones). I know about wmdb , But i cant seem to find it there. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thx in advance

There's no such thing as dynamic or animated maps
