This forum is used for discussion of the game, under the terms covered by the End-User License Agreement.

We can only provide support for the Steam and CD versions of the game.
If you paid for a downloadable version (other than Steam) and are unsatisfied with it, you may want to try to get a refund (http://forum.team17.co.uk/showthread.php?t=33495) and order the CD version of the game (e.g. from Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Worms-2-Armageddon-Pc/dp/B000E23XNA) or Mastertronic (http://www.mastertronic.com/productSoldOut.asp?pid=267&productLabelID=1)) - it will likely be much cheaper than the downloadable version.
Cracked and illegally copied/downloaded versions of the game are not supported (http://forum.team17.co.uk/showthread.php?t=32797) - many pirate versions are known to have various bugs and glitches (not to mention the risk of computer viruses). Furthermore, discussing such illegal versions will likely get you a permanent ban.

If you have a CD edition, first please make sure that you are using the latest version of Worms Armageddon (http://wa.team17.com/main.html?page=supp&area=upda). Versions other than the latest are not supported.

Before posting, please make sure that your question or problem is not answered in the following documents and Frequently Asked Questions lists:

The ReadMe file for the latest update (http://worms2d.info/Worms_Armageddon_ReadMe_(English)) (also included with updates, as well as with the Steam version as "Worms Armageddon Update Documentation") - particularly, the "Known Issues" section

You should also search this forum (http://forum.team17.co.uk/search.php?f=47) - it's possible that your question has already been answered.
