Crashing every time I enter SD.

I got a new dell computer, and everything works great on it except my worms! Every time when I am in a match, and it goes to SD, the game freezes right when SD is about to start.

I have the latest patches and updates and use Windows XP.

Does your entire computer become unresponsive? Do Windows shortcuts such as Alt+Tab or Ctrl+Alt+Del work?
Does the sound loop or keep playing?

I can ctrl + alt + delete out of it, but it still takes a while.

The sound stops completely. You know when you enter SD, you get a little lag that stops all the sounds, then SD music plays? It's like that, only it freezing when that lag comes.

Get WormKit and run W:A+WormKit+30787. Run a quick game and activate sudden death immediately, and let it lock up. 5 minutes after the game is running, the game should close - find and upload FREEZE.DMP from W:A's folder.

You could also check your disc for scratches/dirt, it could be the SD soundtrack is unreadable
