I dont think it works on XP because Worms 3.00 Doesn't work on XP without the patch, and with patch the Fiddler doesn't work... Or am I wrong ? It's been a while..

you use silkworm to add winXP support.

are you using the latest silkworm?

Try disabling your firewall. It may sound silly, but it fixed this problem for me.
