This was discussed in the XBLA forum but the thread title didn't make it obvious.
The (free) Space theme has been removed from the Marketplace. It can no longer be downloaded by either new Worms XBLA buyers or by those who have already obtained it but deleted it. I deleted it per Microsoft recommendation (to fix the DRM issues that occur when playing previously purchased content on a replacement system from the repair center), and now I find that the Space theme is no longer available! I have to think that T17 didn't want this.
