WA- How play online?

No. Don't do that, it's inferior.

If you don't already, make sure you both have the latest update from http://wa.team17.com

First, if you have a router, you will need to go to http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm and find your router model, then click Worms Armageddon and follow the steps. It is best to disable any firewalls for the time being, you can configure them later.

Once the host has configured his router, it's easiest to play via WormNet. Go into WA, click the bottom right button. DO NOT ADUST ANY OPTIONS IN THE CONFIGURATION SCREEN ON THE NEXT PAGE. On the next screen, under the top right button is a box, put your desired nickname here, then click the top right button. Double-click Autologin. On the next screen, when the list loads double-click "#AnythingGoes". Then click the host button near the top. It is best if you want a private game to agree a password beforehand. Enter the desired name of the game into the name box and your agreed password in the password box. Wait for your friend to join. If he can't, you probably haven't done the router configuration step properly or disabled your firewall.Once he's joined, chose a map, chose a scheme, enter your teams, both click the light bulb and click Start Game.


And bonz, you should really stop referring to the obsolete nanacide. Refer to my FAQ or portforward.com or the manual.

Just get an original from https://secure.team17.com . It's extremely cheap now there's no reason not to get it. Try to get it bundled with another game, but make sure the bundle includes WA.
